Two ways to apply below!
February 7, 2026
Dear Vendors,
Once again, I would like to invite you to the 2026 Wheat Land Communities' Fair
& Rodeo, August 27 through August 30. Our fair is a fun hometown event that we would love to share with you. This year’s theme is “Cultivating Community.” Commercial
booths are judged, just like other fair exhibits, and extra points are awarded if you
decorate your booth to incorporate our theme.
We’ve made one significant change for the 2026 Fair. We’ve decided to LOWER the
vendor fee to make it easier and more profitable for you to spend Fair with us. It is our
hope that this is helpful to our vendors and will help us recruit even more. Please feel
free to share our Vendor Application with other vendors that you may know.
The Wheat Land Communities’ Fairgrounds are located at the East end of the
town of Ritzville, Washington. Our grounds are inviting, with plenty of space for vendors
who prefer to set up outside. Indoor booths are available in the Knuth Building. Our fair
showcases 4-H and FFA livestock exhibitors and still life exhibits of all kinds, along with
kids’ activities and entertainment acts. The Ritzville Rodeo Association hosts
competitors from the Inland Northwest and beyond, with performances on Friday and
Saturday nights.
Hotel accommodations are available nearby in Ritzville and the fairgrounds has
camp sites available for reservation on our website, wheatlandfair.com. If you have any
questions about our vendor application, feel free to email, call or text me. My job is to
make sure that your experience at our fair is the best it can be. We hope to see you in
Ritzville this Labor Day weekend!
Sincerely,
Tracey Korthuis
